Media And Leadership - Learning The ersusive Language of media
This advertisement influences all there parts of my brain. First I see and move, do some jesters when I hear the music and it influences my reptilian brain.. Second my limbic brain works when I listen the music and see the video. And then it makes me think and my neocortex brain is at work.
I noticed a lot of persuasive techniques in this advertisement.
1) Symbol. We see the word “Pepsi” all the time when video rolls.
2) Big Lie. There is a big lie here as in all advertisements. “Does Pepsi make people strong?”
3) Testimonial : here we can see the act of persuading by using such sportsmen as : David Beckham, Roberto Carlos, Ronaldinho, Totti.
4) Famous people. We can this form of convincing by using such famous people as David Beckham, Roberto Carlos, Totti, Ronaldinho.
5) Strength. Here we can see persuading by appeals to be strong, firm by drinking Pepsi.
Here we can also notice such ways of persuading people as: Bandwagon, group dynamics.
